IT/Industrial Automation Project Manager M/F

As part of the digital transformation program of one of our industrial clients, we are looking for an IT/Automation Project Manager M/F to ensure its management on-site, with regular international interactions.

Mission:

• Deployment of IT infrastructures and coordination of software updates necessary for the production launch of target tools
• Integration of advanced supervision solutions: alarm management, operator guidance, tracking of interventions in the zone
• Implementation of automation for reports and data flows as part of a digitalized batch review

Global management of the program on-site: coordination of local teams (production, quality, IT, processes) and international stakeholders

• Management of scheduling, risks, and interdependencies between deployment batches
• Facilitation of governance bodies and regular reporting

Profile sought:

• With proven experience in managing IT / automation projects in an industrial context, you master project management methodologies (planning, risks, budget, governance)
• Possessing strong interpersonal skills and comfortable in English, you have the ability to unite multidisciplinary teams in a multi-site and international context
• You demonstrate rigor and proactivity to anticipate risks and maintain the momentum of a demanding program.
