Head of Human Resources

Your tasks

• Manage end-to-end HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, compensation & benefits, payroll, and offboarding.
• Develop and implement HR policies, SOPs, and workforce planning aligned with business goals.
• Oversee manpower planning and staffing needs across F&B and wellness outlets.
• Ensure compliance with Indonesian labor laws, employment contracts, BPJS, and HR administration.
• Drive employee engagement, retention, training, and organizational development.
• Monitor HR performance metrics and provide strategic recommendations to management.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Management, or related fields.
• Minimum 5–7 years of HR experience, with at least 2–3 years in a leadership role.
• Experience in the F&B, hospitality, retail, or wellness industry is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of recruitment, manpower planning, performance management, compensation & benefits, and employee relations.
• Familiar with Indonesian labor laws, payroll, BPJS, and HR policies.
• Strong leadership, communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Able to build HR systems, develop company culture, and manage a diverse workforce across multiple outlets or locations.
