Receptionist - Hotel Senoma

We are looking for a cordial, responsible Receptionist with a vocation for service, who will be in charge of providing a warm welcome to our guests and ensuring an exceptional experience during their stay.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Excellent customer service.
• Intermediate or advanced English (indispensable requirement).
• Responsible, proactive, and organized profile.
• Ability to work in a team.
• Good verbal communication skills.
• Knowledge of the city, its tourist sites, culture, and music.
• Availability to work in Huacachina.
• Previous experience in reception and customer service.
• Basic knowledge of reservation systems or hospitality (desirable).

FUNCTIONS:

• Perform check-in and check-out processes efficiently and cordially.
• Attend to guests professionally, providing detailed information about the hotel's services.
• Promote the sale of additional products and services offered by the hotel.
• Maintain a proactive and empathetic attitude, resolving conflicts in a conciliatory manner.
• Support other areas of the hotel when required by their supervisor.
• Keep the reception area orderly, clean, and well-presented.
