Job Summary

You will meet customers, develop new business opportunities, follow up on lighting projects, and collaborate with internal teams to achieve sales targets.

Responsibilities

• Visit and meet customers regularly to understand their lighting needs and promote products
• Develop new customers and identify business opportunities to expand market reach
• Follow up on enquiries, quotations, and ongoing projects to ensure timely progress
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to support repeat business
• Introduce and recommend suitable lighting products and solutions based on customer requirements
• Conduct site visits and customer meetings to assess project needs and provide solutions
• Follow up on project and tender opportunities to secure new contracts
• Collaborate closely with internal teams on quotations and product selections to meet customer specifications
• Maintain regular follow-up with customers until project award to ensure customer satisfaction
• Achieve individual sales targets through effective customer engagement and project management

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Experience in sales is an advantage but not required
• Experience in lighting, electrical, construction, building materials, or interior industry is an advantage but not required
• Basic computer skills to manage sales documentation and communication
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and follow up consistently
• Good communication and interpersonal skills to engage customers effectively
• Willingness to perform sales activities
