Your tasks

As a Senior Manager, you will be fully integrated into the Transaction Services teams and will be involved in financial due diligence missions for purchases or sales on behalf of Corporate clients or investment funds in France and abroad. The analyses you perform will focus on understanding historical performance, cash flow generation, and the assumptions used in Business Plans. Your work will always be adapted to our clients' needs and will aim to assist them in their decision-making.

You will also have the opportunity to support analysts, seniors, and managers in their development and will be encouraged to take part in cross-functional topics relating to the firm's development.

Requirements

You have a higher education background, Business School or Engineering, and have a successful experience of 8 years or more in Transaction advisory, and you are proficient in English both written and spoken.
