Your tasks

The Transaction Services department specializing in Banks / Insurance and financial institutions is looking for a senior who will work on:

• Vendor Due Diligence,
• Vendor Assistance, and
• Acquisition Due Diligence.

In parallel, you will be encouraged to participate in the business development of the offering, the training of teams, and the life of the firm.

Requirements

A graduate of a major business school, engineering school, or a university master's degree, you have acquired at least 3 years of experience in Audit, in the Banking & Insurance sector, or in Transaction Services.

You are looking for daily challenges and the development of your potential, and possess a strong team spirit, rigor, and analytical skills.

You are proficient in written and spoken English and ideally a third language.
