Strategic Valuation & Modeling - Senior

The Evaluation team, currently recognized by its Corporate and Private Equity clients in its market, is looking for a Senior Consultant to work on multidisciplinary expertise and advisory missions (finance, accounting, tax, legal), supervise teams, and contribute to the development of Eight Advisory.

In this context, he or she will participate in the daily management of missions in the following contexts:

• Estimating the value of securities or assets of a company as part of a transaction or a tax or legal reorganization;
• Valuation of intangible assets of a company (purchase price allocation, brand valuation, intellectual property in the context of implementing transfer pricing policy, etc.);
• Valuation of financial instruments (Management packages);
• Modeling (project finance, LBO, public-private partnerships, business plan,…).

You have a degree from a higher education institution (top business school, engineering school, or university equivalent) and have acquired 2 to 5 years of experience in financial advisory, ideally in financial valuation and modeling.

You have excellent analytical and synthesis skills, enjoy client contact, and wish to evolve within a human-sized team.

You are proficient in English, both written and spoken, and have knowledge of a second foreign language.

Finally, we are primarily looking for a Senior Consultant who wishes to fully invest themselves in the life and development of Eight Advisory.
