Your tasks

As a senior consultant, you will be fully integrated into the Restructuring team and will be required to work on missions for underperforming companies facing more or less serious cash flow tensions, under amicable or collective proceedings.

In this context, you will diagnose the origins of a liquidity crisis and propose emergency measures to be implemented to preserve cash. You will develop different crisis exit scenarios, review or prepare operating and cash flow forecasts. Finally, you will participate in discussions between companies, shareholders, creditors, and potential investors for the purpose of preparing the terms of a financial restructuring.

You will also have the opportunity to support junior analysts in their development and will be encouraged to take part in cross-functional topics relating to the development of the firm.

Requirements

You are a graduate of higher education (top business school, engineering school, or university equivalent) and have acquired 3 to 5 years of experience.

To succeed in this position, you must be rigorous, available, have excellent analytical and synthesis skills, and enjoy working in a team.

You are proficient in English, both written and spoken, and have knowledge of a second foreign language.
