About Eigen
Eigen Energy is a Singapore-basedrenewable energy developer and EPC contractor expanding across Southeast Asia,delivering rooftop and ground-mounted solar PV, battery energy storage systems(BESS) and EV charging infrastructure.
We're looking for someone to lead our site workforce and keep installers, technicians, and subcontractor crews working safely and productively across multiple sites. You'll handle deployment, supervision, training, and discipline, while keeping every project on schedule.
What You'll Do
- Plan and deploy manpower across concurrent sites
- Supervise site teams, set daily targets, and track output
- Monitor attendance, overtime, and productivity
- Handle performance and disciplinary matters with HR
- Arrange training, upskilling, and certification renewals
- Coordinate with HR on foreign worker permits, accommodation, and transport
- Look after worker welfare and keep communication clear
- Manage subcontractor headcount, competency, and performance
- Enforce WSH standards, including risk assessments, permits-to-work, toolbox talks, and PPE
- Make sure workers hold valid safety and trade certifications
- Investigate incidents and follow through on corrective actions
- Run solar PV, BESS, and EV charger installations
- Coordinate with engineering and procurement on drawings, materials, and tools
- Liaise with BCA, EMA, SP Group, and LEWs
- Report progress, manpower, and risks to management
What We're Looking For
- Relevant experience in Engineering or Construction Management, or equivalent experience
- At least 5 years in construction, with 2 or more years managing workforces of 40 or more
- Experience managing foreign workers, with knowledge of MOM requirements
- Solid grasp of Singapore WSH regulations; CSOC and BCSS or willingness to obtain them
- Firm but fair leadership style
- Solar PV, electrical, or M&E experience is a plus
