Your tasks

As a technician at our Annecy (74) agency, you will work at our clients' sites (Industry, Services, Health, Local Authorities), whom you will support in a privileged manner since you are in charge of monitoring their projects in their entirety.

You will undertake various missions

• Regular monitoring of the client fleets under your responsibility
• Implementation: installation, migration, and evolution of our clients' architectures
• Participation in complex missions alongside our engineers and architects
• Assistance and administration of systems and networks

Requirements

You have a Bac +3 degree or equivalent, and you master technical English. Ideally, you have significant experience at a system integrator or in an IT department. You are dynamic, rigorous, and have good interpersonal skills.

Required knowledge and skills

• Installation and migration of Client Workstation Systems
• Use and configuration of automated deployment tools
• Integration and migration of Windows servers
• Mastery of backup and antivirus solutions
• Mastery of Office 365 solutions
• Deployment of simple architectures with support
• Mastery of networks (TCP/IP, LAN, WAN)
