GTB Maintenance Technician M/F
Within the Eiffage Energie Systèmes - Thermie et Services Ile-de-France Regional Direction (10,500 employees, €250M turnover), you will join the Methods Engineering and Innovation Technical Direction of the company specializing in Heating / Ventilation / Air Conditioning / Smoke Extraction / Plumbing / Multi-technical Maintenance.
Our company carries out large-scale technical installations in Ile-de-France in all types of buildings (Offices, Railway, Data Center, Industry, Hospitals and similar, swimming pools, etc.).
As part of our development, we are creating a new activity specialized in the installation and renovation of GTB to meet, in particular, the BACS Decree. And we are looking for an experienced maintenance technician.
In this capacity, your main missions are as follows:
As a GTB Maintenance Technician, you are the guarantor of the proper functioning and energy performance of our clients' technical installations. You intervene on complex Building Management Systems (GTB), which are essential for comfort, safety, and the optimization of energy consumption.
Your Main Responsibilities
- Preventive and corrective maintenance: perform maintenance operations on GTB systems (supervisors, controllers, sensors, actuators, regulation...).
- Diagnose faults: Quickly identify malfunctions and provide appropriate technical solutions.
- Programming and parameter setting: Modify or optimize controller programs and regulation strategies to improve the energy performance of buildings.
- Commissioning: Participate in the commissioning of new GTB installations.
- Monitoring and optimization: Analyze data history, propose improvements, and advise clients on the optimization of their installations.
- Reporting: Write intervention reports and update the GMAO. * Technological monitoring: Stay informed about technical and regulatory developments in the field of GTB.
You will join the company's expertise service, which currently includes the Electricity / Automatism unit and the MAP service, which you can rely on.
- Training: Bac+2 degree (BTS Électrotechnique, CIRA, Génie Climatique, DUT Mesures Physiques or equivalent) with a specialization in automation, regulation, or GTB. *
- Experience: A significant first experience (minimum 10 years) in maintenance of GTB systems is desired.
Technical skills:
- Mastery of automation (Schneider, Siemens, Johnson Controls, Honeywell, etc.).
- Knowledge of communication protocols (KNX, Modbus, BACnet, LonWorks, etc.).
- Ability to read and interpret electrical diagrams and GTB synoptics.
- Good notions in climate engineering (heating, ventilation, air conditioning) and electricity.
