HRIS Project Officer - Workday - POEI - IDF URGENT! (M/F)

As part of a POEI (Individual Operational Preparation for Employment), our partners are looking for their future collaborators.

The position is a CDI, preceded by an accelerated professional training program of 399 hours, in order to make you fully operational in the role of HRIS Project Officer. To benefit from the POEI scheme, you must be registered with France Travail and available. The training, provided by recognized professionals, takes place over 57 days. At the end of the training, you will join a partner company on a CDI basis.

THE POSITION

As an HRIS Project Officer N1/N2, you will join the HRIS Department of the Eiffage group, based in Saint-Ouen. Within the RUN team (20 people) responsible for the implementation, evolution, and monitoring of the Group's HRIS applications, you will work on support and the Maintenance in Operational Condition (MCO) of the Workday solution.

Your role: To be the main point of contact for HR stakeholders on Workday at an international level (France, Spain, Belgium, Germany, UK, Switzerland, Poland, Luxembourg), while actively participating in the continuous improvement of the tool.

Your typical missions:

• Application Support (Level 1 and 2): Assist international users, manage incident resolution, correct data, and manage common configurations (SupOrg, Roles).
• Application maintenance: Write functional and technical specifications, manage evolution requests, create acceptance test plans, and execute tests.
• Support and skill development: Create solution sheets, participate in change management, and user training.
• Continuous improvement: Propose pragmatic technical solutions meeting business needs and ensure technological monitoring (Workday Community).
• Cross-functional: Collaborate with project teams, participate in knowledge transfers for production deployment, and guarantee data quality.

SEARCH PROFILE

• Registered with France Travail and available.
• Holders of a Bac+5 in human resources or computer science.
• You have proven experience (ideally 3 years, acquired in an international/multi-site context) in HR, payroll, HRIS, or project management.
• Fluent English is mandatory (international scope). A second language (German, Spanish, Dutch, Polish) is a real plus.
• Strong interest in HRIS tools and cloud environments (Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle HCM...) ; excellent mastery of the Office Pack.
• Excellent interpersonal skills, rigor, pedagogical sense, and proactivity.

Skills to develop during the training:

• Mastery of the Workday environment and methodology (Core HR, organization, reporting).
• Functional modeling, configuration, and anomaly resolution on the solution.
• Structuring and formalizing HR business needs (specifications, acceptance testing).
• Support posture, user support, and change management.
