Support our Research and Development department from concept creation and raw material selection to the production readiness of our products.

These are your tasks:

• Support our Research and Development department from concept creation and raw material selection to the production readiness of our products.
• In this context, you will take on the control and responsibility for development projects in the areas of dessert, yogurt, quark, and milk alternatives, while observing food law regulations.
• You will actively contribute to the generation of product innovations, working closely with Brand Management, QS, Production, and Controlling.
• Additionally, you will take care of the continuous further development of existing products as well as their production processes.
• As a Product Developer, you will accompany the complete development process - from trials on pilot plants to large-scale industrial trials and final implementation in production.
• Naturally, you will also be responsible for evaluating and documenting the results, as well as for the creation, maintenance, and testing of our recipes.
• Conducting and leading tastings and determining further procedures is also part of your tasks.
• You will support Product Developers at other national and international locations according to your area of responsibility.

This is your profile:

• You are well-prepared for these tasks if you have a degree in the field of food technology/chemistry, nutritional sciences, or a comparable qualification.
• Furthermore, you bring professional experience in the development of dairy products of the white line.
• You are familiar with the basics of food law and process engineering, and furthermore, you are highly knowledgeable about the technology and composition of dairy products.
• Additionally, you can impress with good English as well as knowledge in the area of database usage.
• Personally, you score with creativity, teamwork, high initiative, and a responsible way of working.
