Dairy Master/Technician (m/f/d) Aseptic/UHT in Cornwall (UK)

Our location in Cornwall (UK) is currently in an investment and growth phase. In this exciting development phase, you will take on an important role and actively help shape the further expansion of aseptic production. The assignment is designed for three years - afterwards, a transfer to a location within the Ehrmann Unternehmensgruppe in Germany is guaranteed.

These are your tasks

• In doing so, you will support the management and control of daily operating processes in aseptic production and filling.
• You will monitor and optimize our production processes, analyze relevant key figures, and derive appropriate improvement measures.
• In addition, you will promote the further development of the team and foster a culture of responsibility, teamwork, and occupational safety.
• You will participate in production planning as well as the efficient use of personnel, equipment, and resources.
• You will work closely with the technical department to ensure plant availability and occupational safety.

This is your profile

• You have successfully completed training as a Milchtechnologe including further training as a Molkereimeister/-techniker or a comparable qualification.
• Ideally, you have been able to gain initial leadership experience.
• You have sound knowledge in the production and filling of fresh products and aseptic processes.
• You enjoy working in an international context and impress with very good English skills.
• Personally, you inspire through a committed, responsible way of working as well as decisiveness, diligence, and a strong team spirit.
