ACCOUNTING SUPERVISOR
The Accounting Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the company’s financial activities to ensure effective financial management, compliance with accounting standards, and support for strategic decision-making. This role involves monitoring budgets, preparing reports, handling transactions, and safeguarding the financial health of the organization. Key Responsibilities
-Manage day-to-day financial operations, including accounts receivable, accounts payable, and general ledger entries.
-Prepare, analyze, and present monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and reports.
-Monitor company cash flow and ensure sufficient funds for operations.
-Assist in the preparation and monitoring of budgets and forecasts.
-Ensure compliance with tax regulations, accounting principles, and financial policies.
-Coordinate with external auditors and regulatory agencies during audits and inspections.
-Process payroll-related financial transactions in coordination with HR.
-Implement and maintain financial controls and systems.
-Provide financial insights, risk analysis, and recommendations to management.
-Safeguard financial documents and maintain confidentiality of financial information.
