Film Extruder Operator

Responsibilities:

Set up, operate, and monitor extruders, dryers, and pelletizing equipment Control temperature zones, screw speed, pressure, and feed rates Pre-dry raw materials and nylon chips to prevent moisture defects Perform screen changes, die cleaning, and basic troubleshooting Conduct in-process QC checks: pellet size, moisture, visual inspection Maintain production logs and follow all HSE safety procedures Support material handling, bagging, and line changeovers

Requirements:

A minimum of 2 years of experience A minimum of an SSCE
