Research And Development Engineer

Product Development & Formulation: Develop and optimize formulations for concrete admixtures and building materials based on performance, quality, customer, and cost requirements.

Laboratory Testing & Product Improvement: Conduct laboratory trials and performance testing, analyze results, troubleshoot technical issues, and improve existing products.

Production & Technical Support: Support laboratory-to-production scale-up, production trials, and technical problem-solving while coordinating with Production, Quality Control, Sales, and Technical Service teams.

Documentation, Quality & Compliance: Maintain formulations, test reports, specifications, and technical documentation while ensuring compliance with company procedures.

Innovation & Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for new products, alternative raw materials, cost reduction, and process improvements while following laboratory safety requirements.

Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering, Chemistry, Materials Engineering, Civil Engineering , or a related field.

Previous experience in concrete admixtures, construction chemicals, cement, polymers, or building materials is preferred.

Good knowledge of laboratory testing, formulation development, and material performance evaluation.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Good command of English .

Good computer skills, especially Microsoft Office and Excel .

Strong communication, teamwork, and technical reporting skills.
