Production Engineer

Manage and supervise daily production activities across all manufacturing stages.

Monitor workers and production teams to ensure smooth and efficient operations.

Follow up on each production stage and ensure that production targets are achieved.

Monitor production quality and ensure that products meet the required specifications and standards.

Identify production problems and coordinate with the concerned teams to resolve them quickly.

Ensure proper use of machines, equipment, chemicals, and raw materials.

Monitor production efficiency, waste, and downtime.

Prepare and follow up on daily production plans and reports.

Ensure that safety, quality, and production procedures are properly followed.

Coordinate with the technical, maintenance, quality, and warehouse teams when required.

Train and guide workers to improve productivity and work performance.

Report production performance, issues, and progress to management

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering.

3–7 years of relevant experience in manufacturing or production.

Previous experience in a factory environment is required.

Experience in supervising and managing production workers and teams.

Strong ability to monitor and manage production processes from start to finish.

Good problem-solving and decision-making skills.

Strong leadership and communication skills.

Ability to work under pressure and meet production deadlines.

Good knowledge of production planning, quality control, and manufacturing processes.

Good computer skills, especially Microsoft Excel.

Ability to prepare production reports and analyze production data.

Willingness to work on the factory floor and closely supervise production activities.
