Sr. Logistics and operations Specialist

• Manage and oversee daily export shipments (air, sea, and land).
• Prepare and review all export documentation (invoices, packing lists, certificates of origin, bills of lading, etc.) in compliance with Egyptian and international trade regulations.
• Handle customs clearance procedures and liaise with authorities, freight forwarders, and chambers of commerce.
• Follow up on the F13 process with finance and clearance teams to ensure accurate export refunds.
• Negotiate contracts and rates with logistics service providers to optimize costs and service levels.
• Track shipments, resolve issues proactively, and update stakeholders.
• Coordinate payment requests and confirm payment status to avoid shipment delays.

-Provide Finance with the required invoices, payment details, and supporting documents. -Follow up on pending payments and communicate updates to the relevant departments and service providers

• Bachelor’s degree in Foreign Trade or Maritime Academy (or any relevant field)
• Export Diploma from FTTC (Preferred).
• 3–5 years of experience in export & logistics operations (Must in cosmetics or FMCG industry).
• Strong knowledge of Incoterms, Egyptian export laws, and F13 process.
