The intern will learn: Develop a practical understanding of industrial maintenance within a manufacturing environment

Gain hands-on experience in mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic maintenance activities

Learn the maintenance workflow, including maintenance requests, troubleshooting, repair follow-up, and documentation

Enhance analytical, problem-solving, teamwork, and technical reporting skills through participation in day-to-day maintenance activities and continuous improvement initiatives

Successful intern will offered a full-time position at EACO based on their performance during the internship.

Fresh graduate (Class of 2024, 2025, or 2026).

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering,

Technical Skills Knowledge of preventive and predictive maintenance concepts.

Basic understanding of mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.

Familiarity with industrial equipment and machinery.

Basic knowledge of PLCs and automation systems is a plus.

Knowledge of AutoCAD or other engineering software is an advantage.

Good communication and teamwork skills.

Problem-solving and analytical thinking.

Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new challenges.

Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety.

Willingness to work in a manufacturing environment.
