Planning Engineer

Develop and maintain production plans and schedules based on customer requirements, production capacity, available resources, and delivery deadlines.

Translate production requirements into detailed daily and weekly production plans .

Analyze production capacity, manpower, machinery, materials, and available resources to ensure effective utilization.

Prepare and maintain Material Requirements Planning (MRP) and coordinate material availability with Procurement and Warehouse teams.

Calculate and analyze production costs , including raw materials, labor, manufacturing overheads, and other relevant production expenses.

Analyze variances between planned and actual production costs and highlight significant deviations.

Monitor production efficiency, productivity, material consumption, and production waste.

Maintain accurate planning, production, and costing records and ensure data integrity.

Work closely with Production, Supply Chain, Finance, Procurement, Warehouse, and Quality teams to ensure alignment between production plans and business requirements.

Support continuous improvement initiatives related to production efficiency, cost reduction, capacity utilization, and process optimization .

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering , preferably Mechanical, Industrial, Production, or a related field.

1–3 years of relevant experience in Production Planning, Production Control, Manufacturing, or Costing.

Good understanding of production planning and scheduling principles .

Good knowledge of manufacturing processes and production workflows .

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Good communication and coordination skills.

Strong attention to detail and follow-up skills.
