Your tasks

• Embed the school’s mission, vision and core values in daily practice.
• Own and update the 3-year Strategic Improvement Plan.
• Set high expectations for student achievement and organisational effectiveness.
• Share leadership of teaching and learning improvement across the school.
• Develop the policies, processes and controls that underpin academic excellence.
• Lead the school’s pursuit and retention of respected international accreditations.
• Work with Marketing and Admissions to deliver growth forecasts and admissions targets.
• Build a safe, respectful and collegial culture, and resolve concerns from staff, students and parents with cultural sensitivity.
• Collaborate with the central office and fellow school leaders to share practice and raise standards across the network.

Requirements

• A master’s degree in education or a relevant field, plus a teaching qualification (B.Ed., PGCE, PGDE, teaching license or equivalent).
• Five years senior leadership position experience.
• NPQH or an equivalent senior leadership qualification (K-12 administration, superintendency).
• Proven leadership experience in an international school environment.
