GEMS- BISM (GEMS British International School of Madinaty) is seeking a passionate and qualified primary teacher to join our team for the academic year 2026-2027. The successful candidate will deliver engaging, high-quality instruction aligned with the British Curriculum and foster a supportive learning environment that promotes student growth and achievement.

Key responsibilities:

Plan and deliver dynamic lessons that meet the needs of diverse learners.

Implement differentiated teaching approaches to ensure all students can succeed.

Use assessment data to monitor student progress and inform instruction.

Create a positive and inclusive classroom culture.

Maintain effective communication with parents, colleagues, and school leaders.

Participate in professional development and contribute to the school community.

Adhere to all school policies, including safeguarding standards.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in primary education or related field.

A recognized teaching qualification such as QTS, PGCE, or equivalent.

At least 2-3 years of teaching experience, preferably within the British Curriculum.

Strong classroom management skills and commitment to student welfare.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work collaboratively in a multicultural environment.

Passion for teaching and dedication to student success.
