HR Lead

Your tasks

Lead and oversee the human resources function, ensuring alignment with the company's objectives and business needs. Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and strategies to support organizational growth and employee engagement. Oversee payroll, personnel administration, compensation and benefits, and ensure compliance with applicable labor laws. Develop and implement performance management and talent development initiatives. Lead, mentor, and develop the HR team to ensure effective performance and continuous improvement. Identify opportunities to improve HR processes, systems, and overall operational efficiency.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field.
• 7–10 years of experience in human resources, including experience in a supervisory or leadership role.
• Strong knowledge of Egyptian labor law, social insurance regulations, and HR best practices.
• Proven experience in recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and HR operations.
• Experience managing and developing an HR team.
• Strong understanding of payroll, compensation and benefits, and personnel administration.
• Excellent leadership, communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
