Key Responsibilities:

Plan, implement, and evaluate engaging and developmentally appropriate lesson plans.

Monitor and assess student progress, adapting teaching methods and materials to meet individual needs.

Create a positive and inclusive classroom atmosphere that encourages curiosity, collaboration, and creativity.

Encourage strong communication and relationships with parents and guardians to support student success.

Collaborate with fellow teachers and staff to enhance curriculum delivery and share best practices.

Engage in ongoing professional development to improve educational practices and stay updated on teaching trends.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in biology or a related field.

Teaching qualification or certification is preferred.

Good communication skills and the ability to build positive relationships with students, parents, and colleagues.
