Customer Service Specialist (Beauty & Aesthetics Industry)

Job Description Industry/ Organization Type: Medical Aesthetic Experience in Beauty, Wellness or Aesthetic industry is a MUST Position Title:  Customer Service Officer Specialist Working Location: Orchard (near MRT) Working Hours: 5.5 Days, Mon – Saturday (10am – 7pm), Sunday (Off) Salary Package:  Basic Salary + Group Commission + Variable Bonus Duration: Permanent Key Responsibilities: Manage incoming calls, messages, and inquiries via all social media platforms, emails, and other communication channels. Provide accurate, valid, and comprehensive information about our treatments and products to patients and potential clients. Assist customers in scheduling appointments, making changes to appointments, and providing reminders. Collaborate with the operation team to ensure customer queries are addressed. Maintain patient confidentiality and adhere to data protection regulations. Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts, and file documents. Calling of leads to book appointment and ensure appointment is turned up.
