About the Role Acting as a true link between local teams and central authorities, you play a key role in aligning regional financial processes with global standards and our systems' capabilities. Your mission is to guarantee the consistency, efficiency, and continuous improvement of financial practices, while supporting the integration of new entities and promoting tool adoption by users across a France and Europe scope. Your main missions: Functional Representation & Process Alignment Serve as the regional expert for all business interactions related to financial systems. Guarantee the compliance of local practices with global standards and the Group's tool capabilities. Identify usage gaps and propose adapted functional improvements. Actively participate in the integration of new acquisitions. Collection & Reporting of Needs Collect and formalize regional business needs regarding financial systems. Collaborate with central teams to prioritize and escalate evolution requests according to their business impact. Participate in the testing and validation phases of evolutions, providing feedback on ergonomics and process relevance. Coordination & Communication Ensure liaison between regional teams, Finance Applications PMOs, IT, and central stakeholders. Represent the region during steering committees, workshops, and governance bodies. Support change management initiatives and promote best practices at the local level. Documentation & Knowledge Sharing Contribute to the writing and updating of user materials, guides, and FAQs. Share regional feedback to enrich global documentation and training materials. Promote the dissemination of best practices and user ownership of the tools.
What do we need from you Your background? Degree level Master's in Finance, Accounting, Management, or Information Systems . Your assets? Proven experience (minimum 7 years) in accounting, management control, consolidation, systems support, or process management. You master English, both written and spoken. Mastery of ERP/EPM platforms (ideally Oracle and Tagetik). Experience in finance transformation projects on a regional or international scale. Ability to operate in multicultural and cross-functional environments. In-depth knowledge of financial processes (Record-to-Report, Procure-to-Pay, Budget & Forecast). Ease in translating business needs into functional requirements. Proven skills in communication, workshop facilitation, and user support. Collaborative spirit, organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities. Your advantages in joining us?
