About the Role You wish to make your experience in international social law available within a dynamic and innovative Group, located at the heart of societal and environmental issues. Join our team! Within the Group's Social Affairs Department: You participate in the mapping of social risks and the construction of associated action plans You ensure the implementation of the reporting process for HR risks and litigation, everywhere in the world You provide your expertise in labor law during major Group operations (acquisition, capital evolution, etc.) You carry out the various legal analyses related to the missions entrusted to you You may participate in the various Group employee representative bodies depending on the agenda items You provide legal support related to the implementation of international social policies and the structuring of the Group's fundamentals in terms of labor law You advise and coordinate HR teams on international labor law issues (contractual schemes, individual procedures,...) You ensure legal monitoring of legislative and regulatory developments in social law You train and raise awareness within the internal network regarding the issues of labor law and social affairs
What do we need from you Your background? Education Master's degree (Bac+5) in social law or political science, you have serious knowledge of labor law and a good understanding of its interactions with business law, taxation, and data protection in an international context. You have a minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar position. Your assets? You know how to demonstrate flexibility and agility in your work and possess a sense of organization. You enjoy teamwork as well as inter-departmental collaboration. You are capable of being proactive and defining strategies adapted to the context. You are capable of interfacing with local legal teams and Group/Corporate functions, integrating international cross-functional issues. You demonstrate autonomy and master English, both spoken and written. Your advantages in joining us?
