About the Role You will join the electricity department to ensure the design and operational monitoring of large-scale commercial buildings in electrical engineering (courants forts and courants faibles) and elevators.
Main professional tasks and responsibilities: Upstream design phases:
- development of technical design choices
- definition of principles and architecture in:
- haute tension
- groupes électrogènes
- distribution
- éclairage
- elevator dimensioning
- courants faibles
Design:
- Drafting of descriptive notices, then the specifications
- Supervision of graphic production ensured by a projeteur
- Estimation of construction costs for their packages
- Coordination with other project stakeholders
Construction monitoring:
- Analysis of contractor bids
- Execution monitoring (approval of documents, receipt of material, site visits, leading technical coordination meetings)
- Operations prior to acceptance, clearing of punch list items
What do we need from you Engineering graduate, you have a minimum of 10 years of professional experience in the field.
Required skills:
