*Duties*

• Prepare and assemble ingredients for cooking, ensuring all food items meet quality standards

• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area, including washing dishes, utensils, and equipment
• Follow food safety protocols and proper food handling procedures to ensure hygiene and compliance
• Support meal preparation during busy service times to ensure timely delivery of orders
• Restock supplies and monitor inventory levels to prevent shortages during shifts
• Collaborate with team members to uphold high standards of food quality and customer satisfaction

*Qualifications*

• Previous experience in a restaurant or food service environment is preferred but not required; enthusiasm for learning is essential
• Knowledge of basic cooking techniques, food preparation, and food safety practices
• Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced setting
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness and safety standards
