Technical Service (m/f/d) in Internal Service (Service Technician - IT)

At our location in Wardenburg, we are looking for you immediately as a Technical Service Advisor (m/f/d) in Internal Service.

Tasks

• You create offers and orders for repairs, overhauls, as well as maintenance and spare parts
• You record damage cases, assess them, and initiate appropriate measures
• You perform error analyses and prepare repairs for our technicians
• You coordinate service assignments and commissioning – domestically and abroad
• You maintain close and reliable communication with our external service partners

Qualification

• You have successfully completed technical vocational training, e.g., as a Landmaschinenmechatroniker or Industriemechaniker
• You are confident in using common Microsoft Office applications
• You have good written and spoken English skills
• You work reliably, in a structured manner, and possess a high degree of communication skills
