Qualifications/Requirements: Willing to stay-in At least high school graduate Must have 2-5 years of experience as a fabricator welder Responsible, flexible, hardworking Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Ability to adjust in the farm production environment. Good interpersonal skills Average communication skills, both verbal and written With initiative, problem-solving and decision - making skills Desire and ability to work in a physically strenuous environment
