UTILITY WORKER

Perform general cleaning and housekeeping of office, farm, and facility areas. Assist in maintaining cleanliness and orderliness of work areas, equipment, and surroundings. Assist in loading, unloading, moving, and arranging supplies, materials, and equipment. Perform basic maintenance and minor repairs when needed. Assist farm and office personnel with daily operational tasks. Collect, segregate, and properly dispose of waste and other materials. Maintain cleanliness of common areas, restrooms, storage areas, and other assigned spaces. Assist in preparing areas and materials for meetings, activities, or company events. Follow company safety, sanitation, and housekeeping procedures. • Perform other duties as assigned by the immediate supervisor or management.

Qualifications/Requirements:
