The story of EgeSun began in 1979 with the sale of MorgenLand brand tea, spices, and dried fruits to the first organic shops in Northern Germany. Since then, the responsible handling of natural resources has been close to our hearts. We personally know many of the farmers around the world who produce our organic raw materials.

Today, EgeSun stands for high-quality and delicious nut, fruit, and coconut products with the two brands MorgenLand and One Nature Organic. At our location in Oyten in Niedersachsen, 120 employees develop, produce, and market truly great organic products for our own brands and for many private labels.

Through our work and our commitment to organic farming, we contribute to climate protection every day, improve the livelihoods of our producers, and ensure a world in which our children and grandchildren also enjoy living. We bring organic to the world.

YOUR TASKS – WHAT WILL YOU DO WITH US?

• You support the purchasing team in the procurement of organic raw materials and, together with your colleagues, ensure the reliable supply of our production.
• You process orders, track delivery dates, and maintain regular exchange with our suppliers.
• You record, maintain, and analyze initial purchasing-relevant data and key figures and support the creation of evaluations and reports.
• You participate in demand analyses and forecasts.
• You assist in supplier evaluation and prepare information for price comparisons, negotiations, and decision-making processes.
• You coordinate the procurement of samples and take over the maintenance of master data in the ERP system.
• You support invoice verification as well as complaint management and help to ensure high delivery and product quality.
• You monitor market and price developments and prepare relevant information for the purchasing team.
• You work closely with the departments of quality assurance, production, logistics, and controlling and support cross-departmental projects.
• You participate in the implementation of our sustainability goals along the supply chain and support the auditing of ecological and social standards of our suppliers.

YOU FIT INTO OUR WONDERFUL TEAM IF YOU BRING:

• You have completed commercial training or a degree in business administration – career starters are very welcome.
• Ideally, you have already gained initial experience in purchasing, scheduling, or supply chain management.
• You have an interest in supply chains, procurement processes, and economic contexts.
• You work in a structured, careful, and independent manner.
• You are a team player, have strong communication skills, and like to roll up your sleeves.
• You are proficient in common MS-Office applications and have ideally gained initial experience with ERP systems.
• You have good written and spoken English skills.
