Senior Structural Design Engineer

- Lead the structural design, modeling, and analysis of diverse building and infrastructure projects from concept to final delivery.
- Conduct advanced structural calculations and ensure full compliance with international (ACI, Eurocodes, BS, etc.) and local design codes.
- Oversee, review, and detail structural drawings and BIM models, ensuring high quality and precision.
- Coordinate seamlessly with multidisciplinary engineering teams (Architectural, MEP, Infrastructure) to resolve spatial and technical clashes.
- Mentor and provide technical leadership to junior engineers and draftspersons.
- Prepare comprehensive calculation sheets, design reports, and technical specifications.
- Support value engineering studies, quality assurance processes, and address technical site queries/RFIs during construction.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Civil or Structural Engineering (http://M.Sc. is a plus).
- Experience: 10 to 12 years of hands-on experience in structural design within reputable engineering consultancy firms.
- Software Mastery: Advanced proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit (BIM) is mandatory.
- Analysis Tools: Strong hands-on experience with structural analysis packages (ETABS, SAFE, SAP2000, http://STAAD.Pro, Prokon, etc.).
- Proven track record with large-scale projects across Egypt and the MENA region.
- Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
