Your Role:

• Deliver professional facial and body spa treatments
• Provide personalised consultation and recommend suitable treatments/products
• Build strong customer relationships and retention
• Manage appointments and follow-ups to ensure excellent customer experience
• Support daily operations and maintain service quality standards

What We’re Looking For

• Minimum 3 years of experience in beauty / spa / wellness industry
• Certification preferred (CIDESCO / ITEC / CIBTAC)
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Sales-driven with passion for wellness and people
• Willing to work retail hours, including weekends
