Job Title: Learning Development Officer

About the Role
We are looking for a proactive Learning and Development Officer who can both deliver great training and grow the business. This person will own training delivery, build our facilitator network, and bring in new corporate training clients.
If you have ideas for scaling an L&D department, relationships with facilitators, and a hunter mindset for business development, we want to talk to you.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify, pitch, and close training contracts with organizations. Drive revenue through new training business.
- Develop annual and quarterly training plans aligned to client and market needs
- Source, onboard, and manage a pool of subject matter experts and facilitators. Ensure quality delivery
- Coordinate and where needed facilitate workshops, in-house training, and public programs
- Propose new products, training formats, and partnerships to grow the L&D department
- Work with clients to assess training needs, propose solutions, and ensure satisfaction
- Track KPIs, training targets, revenue, and feedback. Report on department performance
Requirements
- 3+ years in L&D, corporate training, or training consultancy
- Proven access to a roster of facilitators/trainers across key competencies
- Track record of bringing in training business or corporate clients
- Strong curriculum design, facilitation, and presentation skills
- Target-driven, creative, and comfortable selling and delivering
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Education, Business, Psychology, or related field. HR/Training certifications are a plus
