Job Title: ISO External Auditor

Location: Ikeja, Lagos - Fully Onsite

Salary: ₦350,000 - ₦380,000 Gross Monthly

About the Role

We are looking for a detail-oriented ISO Auditor to join our compliance team in Ikeja. You’ll be responsible for planning, conducting, and reporting on internal and external audits to ensure management systems meet ISO standards and regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and conduct audits: Schedule and execute internal audits in line with ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, ISO 27001, and other relevant standards
• Evaluate compliance: Review policies, procedures, and records to assess conformity and effectiveness of management systems
• Identify non-conformities: Document findings, root causes, and recommend corrective/preventive actions
• Reporting: Prepare clear audit reports and present findings to management
• Follow-up: Verify implementation and closure of corrective actions
• Training & Support: Guide staff on ISO requirements, documentation, and best practices
• Continuous improvement: Monitor changes in ISO standards and advise on updates

Requirements

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Quality Management, Engineering, Business, or related field
• Certification: Lead Auditor certification in ISO 9001 and/or other ISO standards required. Additional ISO certifications are an advantage
• Experience: 3+ years experience as an Auditor, QA/QC Officer, or in a compliance role
• Knowledge: Strong understanding of ISO standards, audit methodologies, and risk-based thinking
• Skills: Excellent report writing, analytical thinking, and communication skills. Proficient in MS Office
