Field Marketer

Your tasks

We are seeking an experienced and proactive Field Marketer with prior experience in a dental or eye clinic to drive patient awareness and client acquisition for our dental clinic operations in Gbagada and LASUTH. The ideal candidate will be responsible for promoting dental services within hospitals, communities, and target locations.

Requirements

Key Responsibilities

• Promote and market dental services to patients, clients, and corporate organizations within Gbagada and LASUTH axis
• Identify and engage potential clients through direct field visits, community outreach, and referrals
• Distribute marketing materials and create awareness about the clinic services
• Build and maintain relationships with patients, staff, and referral partners
• Generate leads and follow up to convert prospects to clinic visits
• Achieve daily and monthly targets for client acquisition and clinic visits
• Provide daily and weekly field activity reports

Requirements and Key Note for Sourcing

• OND / HND / B.Sc in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
• Previous experience as a Field Marketer is required
• Must have worked in a dental clinic or eye clinic - this is mandatory
• Familiarity with the Gbagada and LASUTH environment is an advantage
• Strong communication, persuasion, and interpersonal skills
• Self-motivated, confident, and target driven
• Must be able to work in the field with minimal supervision
