Job Title: Content Strategist & Creator Location: Surulere, Lagos Salary: N150,000 GROSS Employment Type: Full-time, On-site Working Days: Monday – Saturday Working Hours: Monday – Friday, 8:00 a.m. – 7:00 p.m.; Saturday, 8:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m. About the Role Our client, a food production and retail business, is looking for a creative and dependable Content Strategist & Creator who can develop content ideas and turn them into engaging videos, photographs and graphics with minimal supervision. Key Responsibilities

• Create product videos, photographs, promotional graphics and other content for Instagram, Facebook, WhatsApp and the company website.
• Develop content themes, creative ideas, hooks and simple scripts based on product priorities, customer questions and campaign goals.
• Film content with the butchery and office teams, including periodic visits to the abattoir.
• Edit short-form videos and create graphics using tools such as CapCut, Canva and similar platforms.
• Guide content recording sessions with participating staff and ensure the quality of final content.
• Review audience feedback with the marketing team and use insights to improve future content.
• Organise and maintain content files and media assets.

Requirements

• Practical experience creating content for a business, brand or organisation, supported by a portfolio.
• Strong mobile photography and videography skills.
• Proficiency in short-form video editing and graphic design.
• Ability to develop creative ideas and execute them independently with minimal supervision.
• Good communication skills and strong attention to detail.
• Reliable, proactive and willing to learn about the company's products and brand.
• Comfortable working on-site and filming in a meat-processing environment.
