Commercial Executive Export Sales
Duties & Responsibilities
Commercial & Account Management Actively identify new commercial export opportunities through market research, cold outreach, trade show networking, and digital channels. Build, maintain, and nurture long-term commercial rapport with global retail networks, wholesalers, and purchasing partners. Negotiate commercial contracts, pricing structures, payment terms, minimum pack specs, and
packaging label requirements in alignment with company strategy. Consistently meet and exceed defined monthly, seasonal, and annual volume and revenue
targets. Operational & Packhouse Liaison Act as the primary operational bridge between the Commercial Team and Packhouse Operations
to ensure seamless fulfillment of weekly program orders. Coordinate seasonal shipment plans, daily loading schedules, and container dispatches to match
client ETA requirements. Align on crop specifications, sizing, weight, and private-label packaging mandates with
packhouse quality control teams prior to loading. Market Intelligence & Reporting Conduct ongoing market analysis on competitive pricing, origin seasonal windows, and global
supply/demand trends. Track order fulfillment, manage account ledger records, and monitor client performance
metrics. Handle initial client feedback, quality claims, and documentation updates in a swift, professional
manner.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Agriculture, Supply Chain,
International Trade, Experience: 2 to 4 years of proven experience as a Sales Executive, preferably within
agribusiness, fresh produce export. Languages: Business-level fluency in English (written and spoken) is required. Additional
languages (e.g., Russian, German, French, or Polish) are a strong plus. Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Office Suite (advanced Excel for data/order tracking) and
modern CRM tools. Essential Competencies & Skills Relationship Building: Exceptional ability to build rapport, trust, and long-term loyalty with
international buyers. B2B Negotiation: Strong negotiation skills focused on securing win-win commercial
agreements that safeguard company margins and cash flow. Problem Solving & Agility: Strong crisis management skills to address transit delays, quality
claims, or packhouse operational bottlenecks swiftly. Cross-Functional Communication: Clear, assertive communication across internal teams
(packhouse, logistics, finance) and external clients
