Station Operations Lead and manage the complete day-to-day operation of the citrus export station.

Develop and execute seasonal operating plans in line with the company's export strategy.

Manage the complete flow of product from farm receiving through packing and final shipment .

Ensure optimum utilization of packing lines, cold stores, labor, equipment, and operational resources.

Monitor station capacity and ensure smooth product flow without bottlenecks.

Packing & Export Operations Supervise and optimize sorting, grading, sizing, packing, labeling, palletizing, pre-cooling and container loading operations.

Ensure packing programs are aligned with customer orders, specifications, and shipment schedules.

Coordinate closely with Export Sales, Planning, Quality, Logistics, Farms, and Shipping teams.

Ensure containers are prepared and loaded according to approved loading plans and export requirements.

Monitor daily production and export volumes against the approved plan.

Quality & Food Safety Ensure all products meet customer specifications and export market requirements.

Work closely with the Quality team to maintain product quality throughout the entire process.

Monitor rejection, claims, quality deviations, and customer complaints and implement effective corrective actions.

Ensure compliance with applicable Food Safety, HACCP, Global G.A.P. and customer-specific standards .

Planning & Performance Management Prepare and monitor daily, weekly, and seasonal operational plans.

Analyze station productivity, line efficiency, labor productivity, and operational losses.

Identify operational bottlenecks and implement improvement plans.

Develop and monitor operational KPIs and ensure achievement of agreed targets.

Cost Control Control operational costs and ensure efficient utilization of manpower, materials, packaging materials, energy, and other resources.

Monitor packing cost per ton , labor cost, material consumption, and product losses.

Identify opportunities to reduce operational costs without compromising product quality.

People Management Lead, motivate, and develop the station's workforce.

Manage permanent and seasonal labor requirements according to the export season.

Establish clear responsibilities and performance standards for station teams.

Ensure strict compliance with company policies, operational procedures, and HSE requirements.

Bachelor's degree in Agriculture, Agricultural Engineering, Food Science, or a related field .

10+ years of relevant experience in fresh produce export, preferably within citrus packing and export stations.

Minimum 5 years in a managerial/leadership position within an export or packing station.

Strong hands-on experience in Citrus Packing & Export Operations .

Proven experience managing large-scale packing station operations and seasonal export campaigns .

Strong understanding of citrus varieties, quality specifications, grading, sizing, packing formats, and export requirements.

Solid knowledge of international fresh produce markets and customer specifications.

Strong experience in production planning, manpower planning, capacity management, and cost control.

Strong leadership, decision-making, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Excellent ability to work under pressure during peak export seasons.

Very good command of English and strong computer skills.
