SALES SUPERVISOR
- Sales Leadership & Target Achievement Lead the skincare sales team to achieve and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales quotas and department KPIs.
Monitor sales performance metrics, including conversion rates, Units Per Transaction (UPT), and Average Order Value (AOV). Actively engage in consultative selling for premium/targeted skincare products, demonstrating effective cross-selling and upselling techniques. Plan and execute in-store promotional campaigns, product launches, and seasonal events in coordination with the marketing team.
- Team Management & Development
Supervise, mentor, and motivate skincare consultants and counter staff. Conduct regular training sessions on product ingredients, skincare routines, skin types/concerns, and consultative selling techniques. Prepare weekly shift rosters, manage attendance, and evaluate team performance. Foster a positive, collaborative, and results-driven sales culture.
- Customer Experience & Client Relationship Management (CRM)
Maintain superior standards of customer consultation, skin assessments, and after sales service. Oversee the department's VIP and regular client database to encourage repeat visits and long-term brand loyalty. Handle escalated customer inquiries, complaints, and product sensitivity/reaction reports with professionalism and care.
- Inventory Control & Department Operations
Supervise stock replenishment, monitor stock turnover, and conduct regular physical stock counts. Manage product testers, samples, and promotional materials according to brand guidelines. Ensure strict adherence to product expiration dates (FIFO), storage guidelines, hygiene, and counter sanitation standards. Coordinate with the logistics and warehouse teams to prevent stockouts of high demand SKUs.
- Reporting & Market Intelligence
Prepare weekly and monthly sales reports, highlighting best-selling lines, slow moving stock, and customer feedback. Monitor competitor activities, pricing, and emerging market trends within the beauty and skincare sector.
Qualifications/Requirements:
- Education & Experience Education: Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Medical, Bio-medical or a related field (equivalent practical experience considered).
Experience: Minimum 3–5 years of sales experience in retail, cosmetics, skincare, luxury goods, or aesthetic clinic environments., At least 1–2 years in a supervisory, team lead, or senior beauty advisor.
- Technical & Industry Skills
Product Knowledge: Deep understanding of skincare fundamentals, skin anatomy/types, active ingredients (e.g., Retinoids, AHA/BHA, Niacinamide, Peptides), and personalized skincare routines. Retail Operations: Strong grasp of point-of-sale (POS) systems, CRM software, and basic retail arithmetic (inventory turnover, margins, sales targets). Visual Merchandising: Proven ability to maintain brand-compliant counter displays and tester bar aesthetics. Computer Literacy: Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and retail reporting tools.

- Preferred / Value-Added Qualifications
Certified aesthetician, dermal therapist, or beauty therapy qualification. Multilingual capabilities suitable for local customer demographics. Experience in premium/prestige skincare brands or medical-grade cosmeceuticals.
