US - UK Tax Manager - Morgan McKinley

A Big 4 Accounting Firm is searching for a US/UK Tax Manager to join their team in London You'll be a trusted advisor to clients regarding their US and UK tax affairs. As a Manager, you'll lead a team, review and delegate work, whilst also delivering advice on a wide variety of US and UK tax matters, and actively seek business development opportunities with new and existing clients. Responsibilities: Managing a diverse and broad portfolio of client engagements Working alongside senior leadership to deliver complex projects, identify and pursue new opportunities Advising clients and internal stakeholders on the latest tax technical issues Supervising, coaching and delegating work to junior colleagues Advise on international aspects such as residence, domicile and arriving/leaving the US and the UK Utilise excellent project management and communication skills Benefits: Flexible and agile working policies Min. 25 days annual leave + bank holiday + option to buy/sell Yearly discretionary bonus Annual cash/car allowance of c.£5,000
