Trade Operations Senior Analyst

A leading investment management firm is seeking a Trade Operations Senior Analyst to support front-office investment teams, oversee key outsourced providers, and drive operational excellence across a multi-asset environment.

This is a broad, high-visibility role offering exposure to trade operations, third-party oversight, regulatory reporting, change initiatives and stakeholder management.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee trade processing and settlement across equities, fixed income, FX, derivatives and alternative investments.
• Manage cash, position and transaction reconciliations, investigating and resolving exceptions.
• Act as a key point of contact for portfolio managers, custodians, brokers and third-party administrators.
• Support regulatory reporting and control processes, including MiFID II, EMIR and SFTR.
• Drive process improvement, automation and operational change initiatives.
• Support the onboarding of new funds, products and investment strategies.

Requirements

• 4+ years' experience within Investment Operations, Trade Support or Middle Office.
• Strong understanding of the end-to-end trade lifecycle.
• Experience across multiple asset classes.
• Excellent reconciliation, analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proven ability to manage multiple stakeholders and competing priorities.
• Experience with OMS/PMS platforms and custodian systems.
• Knowledge of regulatory reporting frameworks including MiFID II, EMIR and SFTR.
• Experience overseeing third-party providers and vendor relationships.
