A leading global technology consultancy is seeking a Technology Delivery Lead to manage technology transformation projects for UK health and public sector clients. You'll lead delivery from design through to build, test and implementation, bringing together multidisciplinary teams to deliver high-quality solutions on time and within budget.

The role

  • Lead end-to-end technology delivery using Agile and Waterfall methodologies, including Scrum and Kanban.
  • Develop and manage delivery plans, budgets and project governance.
  • Manage risks, assumptions, issues and dependencies throughout the delivery lifecycle.
  • Coordinate multidisciplinary teams across different locations, including client teams and third-party suppliers.
  • Provide technical and functional input to support design and implementation.
  • Build strong client relationships and align delivery plans with stakeholder expectations.
  • Communicate delivery decisions, progress and challenges clearly.

About you

You'll have a proven record of managing technology projects or substantial project phases, with responsibility for delivery, budgets and teams. Key experience includes:

  • Delivering complex technology projects using Agile and Waterfall approaches.
  • Managing project governance, budgets, risks and dependencies.
  • Leading teams and managing resources across multiple priorities.
  • Working with clients and influencing senior stakeholders.
  • Technical experience in areas such as technical architecture, solution architecture, business analysis or technical design.
  • Coordinating delivery across internal teams, clients and external suppliers.

Experience in health or the public sector would be beneficial, although candidates with an interest in delivering solutions for UK Government and public services are encouraged to apply. Relevant cloud, SaaS or industry certifications would also be advantageous.

Salary and benefits

Security clearance requirements

Due to a specific client requirement, applicants must hold a British passport and have no dual nationality at the point of application. Any offer is subject to satisfactory BPSS checks and SC security clearance. This typically requires five years of continuous UK address history, usually with no periods of 30 consecutive days or more spent outside the UK.
