Software Engineering Lead - SGI

Your tasks

• Lead the design, development, and delivery of enterprise applications
• Define technical direction and engineering standards
• Partner with business and technology stakeholders to deliver high-quality solutions
• Drive cloud, data, and platform engineering initiatives
• Manage technical debt, application lifecycle, and platform stability
• Mentor engineers and support team development
• Promote automation, continuous improvement, and engineering best practices
• Contribute to architecture, standards, and shared engineering capabilities

Requirements

Required Background

• Proven experience leading software engineering teams in complex enterprise environments
• Strong track record delivering scalable, secure, and maintainable software solutions
• Experience managing end-to-end software delivery across multiple workstreams
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
• Experience mentoring engineers and driving engineering excellence
• Agile delivery experience
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Technical Skills

• Strong expertise in one or more of:
• C#/.NET
• Python
• Node.js
• React
• Microsoft Azure cloud platform
• Snowflake data platform
• Infrastructure as Code (IaC)
• CI/CD and DevOps practices
• Software architecture and design patterns
• Automated testing and quality engineering
• Data integration, APIs, and enterprise platforms
• Secure software development practices
