Senior Project Management

An established professional services organisation is strengthening its change delivery capability and is now looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead strategically significant projects across the business.
The Role
You'll initiate and lead projects with clear strategic and/or commercial outcomes, working closely with senior leaders and partners to deliver change at pace.
This is a hands-on, end-to-end delivery role where you will:
- Understand inflight and upcoming business change requirements
- Act as the voice of the business within projects
- Design and deliver outcome-focused projects with clear governance
- Build and manage robust plans, budgets, risks, issues and dependencies
- Define project governance and align into programme/portfolio forums
- Coordinate multiple workstreams and contributors
- Proactively resolve risks and issues, escalating where needed
- Liaise with architecture, IT, risk, suppliers and third parties
- Draft and manage work packages as required
- Identify gaps and initiate additional delivery activities
- Recruit and onboard additional project resources when needed
- Provide clear, regular reporting to sponsors and governance forums
What We're Looking For
- Strong experience delivering change using Waterfall and Agile approaches
- Proven project governance, planning and delivery experience
- OKR and/or benefits tracking experience
- Understanding of service management frameworks (eg ITIL) advantageous
- Experience working with corporate governance, finance and HR processes
- Exposure to enterprise platforms (eg ERP/HCM/CMS) beneficial
- Background in a professional services environment advantageous
- Confident communicator, comfortable engaging with senior stakeholders
- Proactive, self-starting mindset with a focus on continuous improvement
