About the Role

We're supporting a global financial markets organisation undergoing a significant front-office technology transformation within its commodities trading function. This is a high-profile Programme Manager opportunity focused on the mobilisation and delivery of a new Order & Execution Management capability. You'll be responsible for bringing together business, technology and vendor teams to drive planning, governance and execution across a complex trading technology programme.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Leading end-to-end delivery of a major front-office trading technology programme.
  • Owning programme mobilisation, planning, governance and execution activities.
  • Managing delivery across business stakeholders, technology teams and third-party vendors.
  • Maintaining integrated programme plans, milestones, budgets and dependencies.
  • Driving risk, issue and dependency management throughout the programme lifecycle.
  • Leading governance forums, steering committees and executive reporting activities.
  • Coordinating testing, data migration, integration and operational readiness workstreams.
  • Supporting the transition from implementation into production support and BAU operations.

What We're Looking For

  • Proven track record delivering complex technology programmes within financial markets environments.
  • Experience with trading platforms, OEMS solutions, electronic trading or front-office technology programme.
  • Strong understanding of front-to-back trading architectures and downstream integrations.
  • Experience managing senior stakeholders across business, technology, operations, risk and vendor groups.
  • Strong programme governance, RAID management and executive reporting capability.
  • Experience coordinating UAT, SIT, cutover planning and implementation activities.
  • Knowledge of commodities, metals trading or broader capital markets environments would be highly beneficial.
