About the Role
We're supporting a global financial markets organisation undergoing a significant front-office technology transformation within its commodities trading function. This is a high-profile Programme Manager opportunity focused on the mobilisation and delivery of a new Order & Execution Management capability. You'll be responsible for bringing together business, technology and vendor teams to drive planning, governance and execution across a complex trading technology programme.
What You'll Be Doing
- Leading end-to-end delivery of a major front-office trading technology programme.
- Owning programme mobilisation, planning, governance and execution activities.
- Managing delivery across business stakeholders, technology teams and third-party vendors.
- Maintaining integrated programme plans, milestones, budgets and dependencies.
- Driving risk, issue and dependency management throughout the programme lifecycle.
- Leading governance forums, steering committees and executive reporting activities.
- Coordinating testing, data migration, integration and operational readiness workstreams.
- Supporting the transition from implementation into production support and BAU operations.
What We're Looking For
- Proven track record delivering complex technology programmes within financial markets environments.
- Experience with trading platforms, OEMS solutions, electronic trading or front-office technology programme.
- Strong understanding of front-to-back trading architectures and downstream integrations.
- Experience managing senior stakeholders across business, technology, operations, risk and vendor groups.
- Strong programme governance, RAID management and executive reporting capability.
- Experience coordinating UAT, SIT, cutover planning and implementation activities.
- Knowledge of commodities, metals trading or broader capital markets environments would be highly beneficial.
