NEWLY Qualified - Hedge Fund - Fund Control - Eximius Finance

This is a broad role sitting between Fund Control and Product Control , offering exposure to valuations, P&L analysis, fund accounting and financial reporting. The successful candidate will work closely with investment teams, operations and senior finance leadership in a fast-paced, intellectually demanding environment.

Key responsibilities will include:

• Oversight and review of fund NAVs and fund accounting activities
• Product control responsibilities, including daily and monthly P&L review and analysis
• Review and challenge of valuations across a range of asset classes and investment strategies
• Preparation and review of fund financial statements
• Liaison with fund administrators, auditors and other external service providers
• Investigation and resolution of pricing, valuation and reporting issues
• Supporting process improvement and control enhancement initiatives

The firm is keen to speak with newly qualified ACA accountants through to those with a few years' post-qualified experience , ideally from a Top 10 accounting firm, investment bank, asset manager or hedge fund environment.

Candidates should possess:

• Strong academic credentials throughout education
• ACA qualification (or equivalent)
• Excellent analytical and technical accounting skills
• A proactive and intellectually curious approach
